The Bektashi Order of Janissaries

The Ottoman (Otman) Empire was created by the Alevis. After Yavuz Selim I (16th century) the Otman empire gets more more Sunni because of the creeping sunni Islamization which came from the conquered Arap Countries like Egypt. Nevertheless the Otman Millitary was traditionally still in the hand of the Alevis. Millitary groups like the Janissary and the Akıncı's were all founded by the bektashis. The Janissaries and Akincis were educated in the ideology and the religion of the Alevi islam which makes them invincible, unconquerably and unbeatable against the enemy. In the year 1826 Mahmut II made a massacre on more than 20.000 Janissary, all the bektashi tekkes were banned by the new arabic sunni regime.
