@olympicfreak678 Good point!!! I'm no expert, but my guess is all oratorio texts are taken from the Bible (aka "the Book"), so the singer must read the 'holy words' from 'the book', as opposed to have them memorized (and present them as their own words). Have you ever seen an old lady on a train...

He's certainly Bel Canto, but this works on all levels. He's got more agility for this aria then some other Baroque tenors. And, he's got a powerfull voice -- perfect for Ercole.
