OK here's the thing.
It's a comedy sketch, Cal Wilson (from New Zealand) plays the reporter, it's an Australian Comedy series.
The joke is not on Iraqis or Arabs or those whose first language is not English.
The "critical" part of the sketch is actually directed at those (native English speakers)...
