I know the Japanese like it in-house but seriously. I moved to xbox after I had a playstation, for a simple reason, it was better than the PS2 at the time, and is now cheaper, but offers just as much.

From what I observe; it's not so much "rolling" as it is "placing" the dice. Also on such a hard surface at that, which cuts down on reverse momentum acting on the dice, thus stopping them rolling.
