Hello everyone!! :)
my name is Alan and im from El Paso Tx , but today im livin' in Cd Juarez Mexico ( the most violent city in the word, i know) i like to play guitar and make covers of some songs.

============History=============

When I started my second year in high school, 2 college guys started to offer classes to learn to play guitar or keyboard, in addition to offer a music theory class, i enlisted in the keyboard class, but this did not occur due to little interest in this so i switched to guitar lessons and i bought a classical guitar to use in class, in the beginning i had trouble learning the chords and put them into practice, apart from not really understand music theory class.

The classes last only 5 months in that i really didn't learn anything and the teachers left because almost no one paid them to give classes, they finally left and i let the guitar abandoned in my closet for about 4 months until one day after hearing Dust In the Wind by Kansas, I decided to learn to play guitar by myself, and so the time and in less than three i learned how to play Dust in the Wind, which some of my friends who also played guitar couldn't play it well.

Time and dedication is all i needed to play guitar, and over time I have also learned to play bass, keyboard, violin and a little singing , so i hope to became someday a professional musician.

========Recording Videos=========

1-I turn on my pedalboard and plug it into my computer (USB Interface)
2-I plug my guitar into the pedalboard and adjust the USB record level
3- I open Cubase LE4 to record the audio of my playing along with the backing track of the song that i would cover
4-Next i put my camera in place to record video of my playing
5- Once i finish the playing , i get the audio and video of the cover
6-I Cyberlink PowerDirector 8 to sync the recoded audio with the video
( i mute the camera recorded audio)
7-Finaly i get the vid of the cover and upload into my youtube channel
