About Me:
I'm an Evangelical Christian of a mixed Pentecostal and Wesleyan-Holiness background. I am a Bible-believer, and I'm NOT a legalist, a Judaizer, a Sabbatarian, or a King James Onlyist, and I have no use for such silliness. If you are preaching any of these heresies on your channel, please do not waste your time sending me a friend request, I have no tolerance for these things. If, on the other hand, you are a solid Bible-teaching non-heretical Christian, I would probably be very interested in your videos.
I am a Western Conservative with some libertarian leanings. "Western Conservative" is a fairly new term to describe the brand of conservatism that has developed in the American West over the generations, and it incorporates a lot of traditional Western values and principles. Western Conservatives are not the same as the Southern Conservatives that most Americans are more familiar with. For one thing, although we do view America as a Christian nation, we tend not to blend politics with religion as much as Southern conservatives do. We have a strong sense of state sovereignty, and are therefore very protective of the 10th Amendment. We are very strongly in favor of private property and gun rights. We want the federal government out of our business, and value our privacy. Keep America strong, but protect our own borders before worrying about regional power struggles in the Middle East. We believe in securing the border, but we don't judge native-born Americans or legal immigrants by the color of their skin or the country their families came from. By the way, illegal aliens are not immigrants, and shouldn't be called "immigrants"; they are criminals. And those ridiculously high Federal taxes have gotta go.
My sense of patriotism doesn't consist in unconditional submission to the Federal government, but in adherence to the principles of Liberty and freedom upon which the US was founded. I also believe that adherence to our traditional culture and values is a key ingredient in patriotism, and though that culture varies from one region to another, all regional variations are equally valid expressions of traditional America.
I believe strongly in the 10th Amendment (as with all other legitimate Constitutional Amendments) and its expressions of state sovereignty. It is in the states that the bulk of political power is intended to be held, not at the Federal level. Each state is sovereign and independent; this is the way it was intended to be by our Founders. All states are free to choose their own destinies. This includes, if they so choose, the right to withdraw from the Federal compact and go their separate ways. Though I do not currently push for secession, I have always unswervingly believed in each state's right to do so if they choose, and if things continue on their current course, it will likely be the choice of many states in the decades to come.
I am a Bible-believing Pentecostal Christian, and I recognize that our traditional culture is, at its heart, a Christian culture. I'm not saying I believe you must be a Christian to be American; but I am saying that the values of Christianity and the Bible permeate our culture, and are the foundation upon which our culture is built. The Bible has influenced our way of life more than any other factor, and our culture is best understood through the lens of Biblical Christianity. Many of our traditions and values make no sense apart from this Biblical influence. If Christianity were removed from America, our society would quickly degenerate into socialism and chaos, and our liberties would be past tense.
I am a Westerner and a New Mexican. I love New Mexico and everything about it. I've lived in other parts of the United States, but I always came home. I know that New Mexico doesn't appeal to everyone; but for those who are at home here, no other place will do. There are a lot of really wonderful things about New Mexico: our land is beautiful and diverse; our culture is rich and colorful; New Mexicans are warm and friendly; and our unique New Mexican cuisine is the most amazing food in the world! I am blessed to have been raised in such a wonderful place, and am blessed to have raised my own children here.

I read a lot of history and political works, and I read the news online at least twice a day. I enjoy reading anything written in Scots. It is a beautiful language, and I'm glad I took the time and effort to learn it.
