The only thing "extreme" about free market solution is that THEY DON'T WORK. The mess you have before you is proof of this. Notice we are the only ones being held down by right wing fanatics while apparently more civilized nations make healthcare a basic human right! Here though, we have to "afford" healthcare. We're too selfish to pool our resources to take care of everyone by our own freewill, but still do it anyway through emergency room visits. Liberal members of Congress will stand up to your bullying tactics.
