Don Diego de la Vega, po długim pobycie w Hiszpanii wraca do rodzinnej Kalifornii, będącej wówczas pod panowaniem hiszpańskim. Widząc niesprawiedliwość jaka spotyka mieszkańców jego stron rodzinnych ze strony skorumpowanych urzędników i zarządców prowincji, podejmuje samotną walkę z niesprawiedliwością i krzywdą. Ale aby walka ta była skuteczna musi pozostać nierozpoznany. Dlatego też walcząc, ukrywa się pod maską Zorro. Ten serial telewizyjny cieszył się dużą popularnością, także na ekranach polskich telewizorów. Poszczególne odcinki łączy ze sobą postać głównego bohatera odtwarzana przez Guya Williamsa oraz postaci bohaterów drugoplanowych jak np. sierżanta Garcii, a także, co należy podkreślić pewien chronologiczny ciąg zdarzeń opowiadanych w poszczególnych odcinkach serialu.
Udostępniam ten wspaniały serial na YT, gdyż w serwisie jest on tylko i wyłącznie dostępny w języku angielskim. Wstawiam wersje z lektorem, która leciała bodajże w soboty koło 10 na TVP 2 :) Udostępnię na razie parę pierwszych odcinków, jeżeli będziecie chcieli więcej wrzucę całą pierwszą i drugą serie !
