Aikido Auckland Seishinkan runs Aikido and Cheng Hsin classes six days a week in full time premises in the St Lukes area of central Auckland, New Zealand.
Aikido and Cheng Hsin are both arts that aim to transcend conflict by joining with, rather than fighting against, confrontational situations.
Alan Roberts, the chief instructor, is a 5th dan student of Aikido shihan Saito Morihiro, and a degree 2 student of Cheng Hsin founder Peter Ralston.
