MOST of those seeking proofs LACK knowledge of even the masaa-il of Tahaarat & Salaat. Inspite of such ignorance, they demand daleel for any & every law of the Shariah which does NOT find approval with their whims, fancies & nafsaani OPINION.

Imagine a person who CANNOT even recite the Quraan NOR perform Salaat correctly demanding dalaail for the validity of Taqleed. THE IGNORANCE & DEVIATION OF SUCH PERSONS ARE CONSPICIOUS for those who possess some understanding of the Shariah.*

The Shariah has been transmitted to us down the LONG corridor of fourteen centuries by way of AUTHORITATIVE narration. ISLAM IS NOT UP FOR INTERPRETATION! THE DEEN WAS FINALIZED & COMPLETED during the age of Rasulullah {Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam}. WHOEVER IS INTERESTED IN DALEEL SHOULD DEVOTE A 'MINIMUM' OF FIVE YEARS TO A ACADEMIC STUDY AT A 'RECOGNIZED' DARUL ULOOM WHERE HE WILL BE EDUCATED IN THE 'HIGHER KNOWLEDGE' OF ISLAM BY 'EXPERT' ULAMA He will then understand 'daleel'. Until he has not acquired HIGHER Islamic knowledge from 'SANADI ULAMA', his SMATTERING of convoluted 'knowledge' acquired from TRANSLATED books is NOTHING but compounded jahaalah. Such persons should concern themselves with the BASIC masaa-il as explained in publications such as Kitaabut Tahaarah & Kitaabus Salaat which are prepared SPECIFICALLY for laymen. (¸.·´ (¸.·*2} The SUNNAH {the CONCEPT of the Sunnah is what was known, understood, practiced & propagated by the Sahaabah, Taabieen & Tab-e-Taabieen in the period known as Khairul Quroon.}*

(¸.·´ (¸.·*3). Ijmaa' or the Consensus of opinion of the Jurists*
¸.·´¸.·*´¨) ¸.·*¨)
(¸.·´ (¸.·*4} Qiyaas or the Analogical reasoning process of the Jurists of Islam.*

The above-mentioned "FOUR PRINCIPLES" constitute the basis of Islamic law. If ANY act OR practice is substantiated or proved ON THE FIRM FOUNDATIONS OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED FOUR Principles of the Islamic Shariah then such an act or practice constitute ISLAMIC LAW and as such is the DIVINE LAW of ALLAH, and NO member of the Ummah has the right to reject such an act or practice. ON THE OTHER HAND if ANY ACT, practice OR custom CONFLICTS WITH THE FOUR ABOVE MENTIONED PRINCIPLES OR IF ANY ACT OR PRACTICE 'CANNOT' BE SUBSTANTIATED ON THE BASIS OF THE FOUR ISLAMIC PRINCIPLES OF THE SHARIAH THEN IT WILL STAND CONDEMENED IN THE EYES OF THE SHARIAH AND AS SUCH IT WILL HAVE TO BE REJECTED AS A BAD INNOVATION . . . ** In fact, We FLING THE HAQQ AGAINST BAATIL and it (Haqq) SMASHES OUT IT's BRAINS. Then SUDDENLY it (Baatil) PERISHES. And there IS WAIL (Jahannum AND destruction) FOR YOU ON ACCOUNT OF WHAT YOU ARE BLABBING**

ஜ۩۞۩ஜ In matters pertaining to the Deen, WE ARE BOUND by the following declarations of Rasulullah {Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam}! The MODERNISTS should NOT derive any pleasure and comfort out of differences in the camp of Haqq, for Haqq by its very nature WILL everlastingly dominate & proclaim its voice vociferously AGAINST THE COMBINED FORCES of Baatil.

Rasulullah {Salallahu Alayhi Wasalaam} said:

''ANNOUNCE THE HAQQ even though it may be bitter,"

"Let NOT the fear of men prevent you from proclaiming the Haqq when you know it."

"He who seeks the Pleasure of Allah and (in this process) invites the wrath of the people, Allah IS sufficient for him. &, he who seeks the pleasure of men (& in the process invites) the Wrath of Allah, Allah leaves him into the care of the people..." ஜ۩۞۩ஜ
