I'm an etymological 'Agnostic Atheist'. I'll describe myself that way as to hopefully avoid confusion. The etymology (and true meaning!) of atheist defines the word as being 'not' theist, similarly the etymology of agnostic is 'not' gnostic. And before anyone complains that I use the words that way, please give me a definition of amoral! ;)
I feel odd about calling myself an atheist, because it doesn't tell anything about me whatsoever, but people seem to think that whether you believe in god or not tells you a great deal. There are various people out there who would describe me as one or more of the following:
Amoral. Immoral. Possessing a belief that everything is pointless. Satanic (Yeah... I know(!!)). Misguided. 'Spiritually lost'. Miserable. Self-deceiving.
I could go on, but you get the picture. I am:
English.
Male.
Sporting. (in both senses of the word, I hope, but I mean actively)
Single.
(And not looking).
6" 2'.
Relatively computer savvy.
And possessing beliefs and feelings that nobody can know unless they are very well aquainted with me or I tell them!
