Possible Race Specific Vectors ------------------------------------------- At this conference, in a side discussion with one of the advocates, I asked him if his organization has done any research on CCR5 Delta 32 or DARC Gene. He indicated that he had not personally but another individual within the organization is doing such research. Other than my mentioning it in some side discussions, this was not a topic brought up at the conference. There must be more layman discussion about DARC Gene and CCR5 Delta 32 because they are central to a total approach of combating HIV/AIDS affect within black populations. If the H1N1 virus was killing only Mestizos in Mexico while only giving some flu and cold symptoms to non-Mestizos, this would be a cause for alarm. This has been the case with HIV/AIDS and blacks for more than 20 years. The numbers indicate its a Black Disease. Again, remember, Africans were once preferred because of their resistance to disease. Of course, to understand and apply this requires knowledge of history as well as some medical knowledge about disease.
During the presidential primaries, Hillary Clinton proclaimed that if HIV/AIDS Affected white women at the rate it affects black women there would be an outrage. As presidential candidate, the media pressed Barack Obama to denounce HIV/AIDS as being a bio-weapon. It is obvious that a growing number of Americans are concerned when more than 40 percent of those affected by HIV, prostate cancer, diabetes and heart disease are African Americans in a country where they are 12 percent of the population. It is time for a full court press with HIV/AIDS. It is time for a real intense discussion of exactly what was the agent dubbed a Synthetic Biological Agent in our governments Public Law 91-171 in 1969-70. It is time for a public debate. It is timeout for the huga buga God did it and the down low brothers are the blame. Paul Popenoe was quite clear when he stated, It is only one of many measures the state can and must use to protect itself from racial deterioration.

Oct. 8 (Bloomberg) -- William Dow, an associate professor of health economics at the University of California, Berkeley, talks with Bloomberg's Mark Crumpton and Julie Hyman about the likely effectiveness of health-care legislation now moving through Congress. Legislation overhauling U.S. health care cleared its latest obstacle when the Congressional Budget Office said a Senate finance panel measure would reduce the federal budget deficit even as it insures millions more people. The report paved the way for a vote by the finance committee, which Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said today would take place on Oct. 13. (Source: Bloomberg)
