Sorry voor het late antwoord, maar ik heb je berivht net pas gezien.
Ik denk dat deze Ayat wel voldoende antwoord zal zijn:
''Others who look to mortals to decree halal or haram are in troubled waters: Do they have partners (with Allah) who have prescribed for them in religion that concerning which Allah has given no permission? ''(42:21)
''Do you see what Allah has sent down to you for sustenance and yet you have made some part of it halal and some part haram?'' (10:59)
''De meest volmaakte in het geloof is degene die de beste manieren en het vriendelijkst is tegenover zijn vrouw''

Dat zegt kort samengevat genoeg over de rechten van mannen en vrouwen in de islam!
