Aesopian hey props and much respect for sharing your videos and all the tips of BJJ, it's greatly appreciated. I just came across one of your videos recently which was the "BJJ Momentum to Stand Up Drills" and that's the only video i've watched of yours so far and I've found that whole thing very useful. I'm a Marcelo Garcia fan so hearing that some of those exercises u showed in there were ones that he does was great to know. So thanks again for sharing the knowledge man and yeah keep rolling. LATE
