If you're wondering, the mouth animations in "Lego Indiana Jones and the Quest for Something That's Probably Important", "Batman and the Confusing Two-Part Storyline", and "Harry Potter and the Sword of Irony" were all done in Adobe Flash CS5. That's what I use for my own animations as well.
