@XxKuRoTsUbAsAxX it's not that bad unless you're putting a whole block of cheese on it. If you get the standard amount, it's about 400 calories for a bowl. All the calories are in the crutons and the dressing (and the cheese). Breadsticks are what'll cost ya. 150 calories a stick.
