Adoptee.C.A.R.E.

Adoptee Council for Adoption Reform Education (a.k.a. Adoptee CARE) is a non profit organization, created for the purpose of providing education regarding the importance of access to original birth certificates for all adult adoptees. Adoptee CARE is committed to providing Legislators with the most up to date information on adoption issues available, enabling Legislators to make an informed vote on Adoption Legislation before them. Original identity must never be taken for granted, or taken from an individual.
