I've not read all 1547 comments but it's my understanding Norton didn't get on well with the makers of his Hulk film. This has led to him being dropped from follow-up films.
Vision and the Witch were not original Avengers, but neither was Hawkeye.

I cannot watch this trailer enough! Almost started crying by the end of this clip. Not ahamed to admit it. It's like 20 years of my reading comic books has lead to this moment.
I enjoyed the X-Men films, but this is another level. I feel i can open up here, because i know you guys will understand...
