I find the best way is to place torches on the walls to your left as you go in. they will be on your right if you face the other way, so to find your way out just follow the torches on your right.

This is definitely my favourite. It's such a grand iteration of the franchise, I'm not sure I'll feel the same way about another Zelda game until they re-visit this style for the WiiU. I'll definitely love Skyward Sword, maybe even more than this but TP will always stand out in my books.
