Because from my own study of the text I personally think heaven was actually nature e.g. Man was ingorant and was one with "God" but then became Enlightened and became Devine in his own right becoming Lucifer and then on man fell from Heaven and became like God breaking the chains of complacency and instinct and actually grew a mind set ... thats what I think so far anyway :)
