Late to the party but... great advice on how to drop a friend! I actually tried the "principled" way (telling my friend they were now my ex-friend) and the emotional damage (to me) was tough. Next time, I'll definitely use the jpmetz method!

@TitlisGarden It's been on my mind. I haven't tried it but I've researched it, and am going to talk to the local ag extension agent about how to do it, how much, and when.
