Duane Oxley, the designer of our systems, has been in the carpet care industry since 1982. He is one of the few, if not the only truck mount designer who actually cleaned carpet (8 years) for an occupation. I'm a carpet cleaner and have been hearing nothing but good things about accelerated truckmounts. If something goes wrong, there's no fancy proprietary parts to buy. Pick them up at your local auto store and you'll be back up and running in no time. One of the best truckmounts.
