Bravo Bergonzi, he is Sicilian and should really reflect on this, after Pavarotti's this is undoubtedly my favourite. Shame the other paisan (Alagna) did not pay attention and learn before plunging into the role.

Domingo undoubtedly has a great voice and presence on stage, which is very important in opera, as it is not only a sound but a visual experience. Excellent, I like it particularly as you took the trouble to do the subtitles for those that are learning about the opera. For the others, that criticised, opera is very individual some we like some we don't ...............just like wine
