Master Mohammad Abubakar Durrani is a renowned first Pakistani youngest Caver / Climber / Rower and Canoeist of 16 years age of National & Pak-UK repute .He hails from Quetta. Mohammad Abubakar started taking interest in caving, climbing and Canoeing at an early age of 5. He achieved his first major climbing success by scaling the Zarghoon Mount, Balochistans heighest Mountain Peek Looisaar-Naikaan in age of 5 years 1998 and hoisted the National Flag of Pakistan with the mountaineer squad of CAAB. In the years to follow he excelled in his Adventure Sports career and made his name synonymous with Caving Adventure Sports in Pakistan and achieved his first major Caving success in 2006 as a youngest Caver and Climber of Pakistan National Caving Team when he participated in 15 days Pak- UK Joint Caving & Mountaineering training and expedition organised by Chiltan Adventures Association, Alpine Club of Pakistan (bb) and Orpheus Caving Club United Kingdom. He achieved Gold Medal in Junior Rock-Climbing Competition 2004 Balochistan held on the eve of Mount K-2 Golden Jubilee Celebrations. On 13th May 2004 the honourable Governor Balochistan Owais Ahmad Ghani awarded him certificate of appreciation for outstanding performance in the field of Adventure Sports. He achieved Gold Medal in Quetta Open Canoeing competition in Category K-I (U-11) Under eleven held on the eve of Independence-day 14th August 2005. He is trend setter for school and college students of the province in the field of Adventure Sports He achieved Gold Medal in Balochistan open Junior Rowing and Canoeing Competition in category 1X & K-I Juniors (U-14) held on the occasion of Pakistan-day 23rd March 2007. Mr. Nazir Sabir head of Alpine Club Pakistan (Islamabad) awarded Appreciation Certificate to Mohammad Abubakar Durrani for Chotair to Ziarat walk as Juniper Defender on eve of International Mountain year 2002. He successfully completed the snow training course held in Chotair December 2002. The Honourable Governor Balochistan Awarded an Appreciation Certificate to Mohammad Abubakar Durrani for collection of heavy donations at CAAB stall for the victims of 8th October earth Quake of Pakistan. In the history of Pakistan National Games Canoeing event as first 14 year boy He achieved Silver Medal in K-4, 500 Meter race and Bronze medal in K-4. 1000 Meter kayak race in 30th National Games Karachi 2007. He Clinched Two Gold Medals in juniors & (Open) events of Independence=Day) Canoeing Championship 14thAugust Hanna Lake Quetta 2007. Abubakar made again the Major upset in Kayaking by lifting Two Gold and One Bronze Medal In 11th National Canoeing Championship 2007 Rawal Lake Islamabad He Achieved Gold Medal in Kayaking & Gold Medal in Rowing (U-18) of All Quetta Chief Secretary Sports Festival Canoeing Championship Hanna Lake 14th December 2007 and again in Minus Ten (-10Degree Centigrade) Abubakar Clinched Gold Medal in Kayaking & Gold in Rowing in All Balochistan Quaid-E-Azam Day 25th December 2007 Canoeing & Rowing Championship Hanna Lake. On 23rd March 2008 He Clinched Gold Medal in Kayaking in All Balochistan Pakistan-Day Canoeing Championship Hanna Lake Quetta. Mohammad Abubakar Durrani was declared Pakistans Best Kayaker of the year 2007 and the best Kayaker / Canoeist Award of 2007 were awarded to Mohammad Abubakar Durrani by the Caretaker Federal minister of Sports and Culture, on 23rd March 2008. He is developing sense of patriotism in students by participating in every National day Adventure Sports events with great zeal and enthusiasm.
