I'm not a huge fan of Neville Marriner, but his Mozart Requiem is a great accomplishment. Sylvia McNair simply shines in the soprano solos.

McNair is the ideal Ilia! She might not have been a deep interpreter, but she was a highly musical artist. And she was so sexy when she would use her vibrato on the high notes. Nobody every sang Mozart with such clarity, accuracy and beauty.

Nobody has sung this song cylcle like this. One's heart seems to like drip at every phrase she sings. There is only one one Lorraine Hut.
