***NO winter coat at all is the safest option. Your child can wear a thin fleece jacket which or car seat poncho, which are very warm alternatives....

Coats in the car seat are NOT safe. It WILL compress in a wreck and the straps will NOT be tight enough to keep the child secure in their seat.

If this is suppose to be an educational video please post it as "what NOT to do" The straps are way too loose. You should not be able to pinch any slack when they are tightened properly. As it is that child could easily slip their arms out. And the chest clip should be at arm pit level. And pleas...
