About Me:
3rd grade piano lesson books and sent me off to learn them. I did so but then I found the wonderful world of YouTube piano tutorials. That was it for me. I was instantly hooked. At this point (in January 2009) I discovered I had outgrown the capabilities of the $120.00 Sams Club Keyboard and was able to get into a Korg Triton workstation. I found new and exciting ways to make music but even that keyboard was a lot of new technology that I just didn't understand. So I very recently bought a copy of Reason 5 music software which is basically a recording studio in a box and here I am today. I may not be the best musician out here and I'm still learning more about this software every day, but, so far, I feel very accomplished and fulfilled. And yes ...I'm still learning how to play the piano. I'm very basic at it but it gets the notes down for me. All my music comes from raw emotion and is built mostly note by note. Whatever I can come up with to match my mood at that given moment is what I work on for sometimes days and even weeks at a time. Its a musical evolution that comes in time, filled with my emotion and love.
