@WatchmakerTX If you properly dress your tweezers there's not going to be any scratching or marking.
1Nekit1: Those are finger cots to keep grease from your fingers from getting on the parts. Skin oil will corrode the finish.

@9fires Yes. Fruit bats a very similar to domesticated rats and can be affectionate and playful when tamed. They used to be captive bred by a few people in Canada but I believe they're probably prohibited now.

He's falling from a fixed point in space with very little/no atmosphere so not only is he not going to bounce, but fall at a greatly accelerated rate. When you enter from orbit you're going against the rotation which is roughly 1000 mph, that's when you're in danger of deflection.
