@LetThereBeBeer it was on takeoff, the pilot tried to abort takeoff after v1 speed, after you get past v1 there is no going back, then the pilot failed to engage the thrust reverser, and instead only locked up all of the 16 brakes. Hence the reason he ran off the end of the runway
