Music was only the beginning for recording artist "Hailo" and learning the notes on the piano brought on a whole new level of appreciation for the art.

Born on January 30th 1996, Hailey O' Driscoll found herself in the midst of a family of musicians; it was only a matter of time before she herself found her passion within music. Born in Cambridge, Ontario, Hailey was always encouraged to listen and engage herself into all types of music. By the age of two, she discovered that she already had a passion for music and singing. She started to perform in front of crowds at a local karaoke bar every Sunday. This drew out large amounts of people and by the age of 3 she had her own spot on Saturday nights, where the crowd would come to see her perform.

Her confidence and passion for music continued to grow as she took on a whole new crowd at Kitchener Ontario's Oscar Mayer Weiner show where she won 1st place in the singing competition.

As Hailey matured she started attending concerts such as Backstreet Boys, and Spice girls. Watching these artists, she realized that she one day wanted to perform for a crowds like this. Her family felt her excitement and her inspiration and decided that she was ready to take it to the next level and compete in the CNE singing competition. At age 5, although she only placed 2nd Hailey was ecstatic with the crowd and couldn't wait to do more.

At this point her school was aware of her love for singing and started allowing her to perform at assemblies, join the choir, and even informed her of talent shows in the area. She was known in her school as "the girl who was always singing".

In the 5th grade, Hailey took herself to a whole new level when she realized that she also had a passion for writing songs. Her first finished song was called "If we could love like we love money", a song about healing the world from their selfish needs. This song was so well written for a ten year old, a local studio offered to record it on a CD for her. That song, along with an anti bullying song she wrote got interest from many local events.

At only age 11 and the youngest artist ever asked to perform at 'Move to Define' at City Hall in Kitchener, Ontario. This was her biggest crowd yet; 350 people. To her amazement people got up and danced during her performance and requested copies of her song and her autograph after the show!

The next year, Hailey really dedicated herself to music and was asked to do a Tribute Show as Hannah Montana. This concert was promoted by 91.5 the beat and stores such as Rogers Video. The tickets sales were incredible and the show sold out. Hailey's tribute featured back up dancers, stage lights, proper wigs, and was very well rehearsed. For the first time it felt so real to her, and she knew she had to keep doing all she could do to live her dream. The show stirred up so much excitement; she was offered her first recording contract at the tender age of 13. It was decided that Hailey should pass on the deal as she was too young and not ready for this. She decided to keep looking for places where she could perform and develop in order to perfect her craft.

When school returned the following year Hailey realized that along with her performances she wanted to start getting more serious with her song writing and wanted to have her own music to perform.

She has now teamed up with Songwriter / Producer / Manager, Robby Riggs along side Producers Lonnie Szoke, and Joe De Simone from Robeter Productions and is now known as "Hailo".

At 15 years of age, Hailo is now recording a CD of 10 songs with Robby Riggs and Robeter Productions which is scheduled for release in 2012.

Hailo is also working on her live performance with her 4 backing dancers. She is in personal training and voice training 6 days per week. Her personal tutor will be with her throughout the 2011 / 2012 school year so she can focus on her music career.

Hailo's drive and ambition is what makes her really stand out. She is truly willing to do whatever it takes to realize her dream!
