@SocialDemocrats I think "Progressiveism" aka "Modern Liberalism" (You should know that "classical liberalism" is what you would consider modern day American Conservatism, you should differentiate) should be called "Regressivism" in my opinion because forced collectivism is archaic.

@jarden69 I thought that was a weird number too. I the U.S govt says 15% Protein, 60% Carbs and 25% fats. But some bodybuilders usually say 40% protein 40% Carbs and 20% fat. I think a safe bet would be keeping fats between 20%-30% I think anything less than 10% fat is gonna just get you sick in ...
