APIASF / Farmers Scholar Event - Saint Paul, MN On July 14, 2010, APIASF / Farmers Scholarship Recipients joined Minnesota State Senator Mee Moua in the State Senate Chamber to accept certificates of achievement. As the highest serving Hmong-American, Senator Moua provided words of wisdom for the Scholars and presented each student with a certificate from Governor Tim Pawlenty. In addition to the local Farmers agents, District Manager Khanh Huynh and Farmers State Executive Director, Locke Pierce, was also in attendance.
