but i know what could help them, mainly investments in the region, to stimulate the economy, poverty rate would drop and more people will get chance for a normal life, currently the regions is really poor.
No, no india. I am 25% Tatar( including Russian ancestors) and 75% Karakalpak including( Arabic, Persian, Mongol etc ancestors). Since most people have no idea what Tatar and Karakalpaks are, i usually say i am partly Russian and Turkic, since majority of Russians are mixed with Tatars, and Karakalpaks belong to Turkic-culture family.
