Independent, travel-savvy and active - I always want to be right in the heart of the action, with a glacier, mountain range or a pride of lions right out the back door... but I'm not willing to sacrifice luxury. At the end of the day, a gourmet meal, a hot tub and turn-down service is definitely appreciated. I like an adventure, but not on the way from the airport! No sir, meet me with a smiling face, cool water and a private air-conditioned car, my vacation starts when I get off the plane. That means, no haggling with tour guides, feeling rushed and under pressure. I would like all of my tours pre-booked with the most knowledgeable and personable guides - and I don't want to miss a thing! Finally, I would like the memories of my trip to last a lifetime, so I would like to be given a hard-backed photo book detailing my whole adventure.
