Hi Steve, if you are reading this. Just got my CKT level one in January under KEN. Ken is the best :) Love Joint Mobility. Opened a whole new realm of training and interest for me... along with PNF stretching which I was already doing.

I listened to these guys back in the 80's and was impressed as hell. 23 Years later this stuff is still the real thing. WOW!

This is really pretty good. Uses a terrific Blues Bass beat.

My Nerd Alert just burned out the battery..

My first impression of this is speed/thrash. Sounds a bit like 'Kill em all'. Absolutely no hint of death metal, no more than metallica or anthrax anyway. No growling here.

@luisitos281 it is somebody's dream. It is MMA, based on fighting derived from the rest of the world. For Starters .. look up Pankration, invented by the Ancient Greeks and used by the Spartans in battle and also an olympic event circa 648 BC.

@MBodyStrength Dude, good Job. VERY IMPRESSIVE. Are you an RKC?. Just curious, not that it matters. You train like Mahler. Pavel teaches the clean to catch in 'Enter the KB.'

@nilslundgren23 Valery is Great, Steve Cotter, Pavel, Mahler, Maxwell. Anthony D., Pavel, Kettlebell Concepts. All very good. IKFF teaches Competitive Kettlebell as well. IKFF completely changed my breathing and hip movement for the much better.

@H1mynameis I totally agree except where you say Diaz sucks. If he had changed his game plan and went back to his bread and butter, takedowns and BJJ, he may have changed things.

@worldchampionboxer BJJ is very dangerous but I dont like the invite either. Taking somebody down is what needs to be done.

@rep300 Louie is one of the Master Jedi's, there are few. He is very creative and Highly intelligent/innovative and molded much previous research and findings into his own program. Look at Loui's required reading list at westside-barbelldotcom. He learned much from Mel Siff and Vladamir Zatsiorsk...

@hoshinocrimsonwings that is why I said his last 3 fights were losses based on mistakes and he looked better in his last two due to being cautious. He seems to have stopped thinking in those losses. Yes I know his is a Sambo Champ due to great skill and judgement and observation.
