Guys for everyone on windows 7 i have solved the problem.

First click the xpadder file, then go down to properties, then go to the compatibility tab click run this program in compatibility mode for, from the drop down list select xp or another supported mode. Then run xpadder and it works, trust ...

@Berghammervoll actually this film was made in 2009 so yeah thats after CoD 5. i dont think they copied it though, seeing as the only thing thats the same is the whole nazi zombies :P
