My name is Jen, I am a happy housewife, and mother of three of the sweetest little rug-rats you would ever see. ( if I do say so myself) I have yo-yo-ed from 220 lbs to 190 for the past six years or so. Frustrated and ill I headed to the Doctor. Where I found out I am insulin resistant, and a weee high with my blood pressure. She put me on Metformin and gave me 10 weeks to lower my blood pressure from 140/89 to 120/80 or she will put me on more medications.... My goal is to take care of that, and get off diabetic meds. and to get to 170 lbs. or less by Christmas 2009

12/25/08= 221 lbs 145/88
12/29/08= 223.6 lbs. 130/84 + 2.6 lbs.
01/05.09= 221.6 lbs. 126/85 - 2.0 lbs.
01/12/09= 219.0 lbs. 113/85 - 2.6 lbs.
