Well having bio balls and micro socks wont hurt but make sure to clean the sock regularly so that can bring up your nitrates. Generally bio balls arent recommended because they collect a lot of detrious and can cause phosphate or nitrate problems but again i dont think its that big of a deal as long as you dont cram like 200 in there. Just a few is fine. PPL recommend live rock because it acts as a good refuge for animals and other bacteria not only denitifying bacteria found on bioballs. I personally dont c how bioballs would hurt the system a lot. But since u already have live rock which is more than enough to suppost waste for 4 fish then theres also no point in adding the bio balls. Up to you in the end. Monitor ur readings and twitch as you go along.

No i think the 10 g can work, umm u might want to put some live rock in the sump as well to help pod population and filtering. One of those Romora protein skimmers , i think thats what it is called. They r like hand on the back protein skimmer. Umm possiblly 30 pound of rocks. u want about 25 pound on the display or more. Believe me if u pile 20 pound of rock you wont even make it to the half tank line. most people go over their tank volume. i seen ppl with 90g tanks with 150 pound rocks.

Do a lot of reasearch before you buy it~do a list of fish or corals that u want to keep

I woundnt suggest u try to sell and hope to earn a profit from the corals as the electricity bill will out weigh the net income by far. and More fish=more phosphate and nitrates. Corals dont like phosphate and nitrates and will often stunt their growth.
anyways u need:
1.light 7w per gallon can get u almost anycorals. perferably metal hildes or VHO t5
2. skimmer is a must as it provide more oxygen and remove organic compounds
3. cheato algea to suck up phosphate and nitrates
4. powerheads and pump (300-lish gallon per hr)
5.test kits (cal, mag, ph, alk etc)
6. coral foods (reasearch the corals that u want to keep and their requirements)
