GR8FUL is a veteran Hip-Hop artist from Newark,N.J.amongst his childhood friends were hip-hop superstars of today such as Naughty by Nature and Queen Latifah.He started off as a party rapper in the group Tend Loving Mc's.They would battle in rap competitions throughout the neighborhood and were victorious in many,and then as he reached his late teenage years he battled one of the largest competitions ever,the battle with illegal drugs.GR8FUL began as drug dealer and slowly succumbed to becoming a user of the same drugs which he was selling.As he became older the situation worsened and soon after he had forgotten all about his music and how he wanted to become a professional recording artist,he became a victim to addiction which in led him to incarceration stints that would last over the years.Shortly after that,GR8FUL experienced a fatal heart attack and an outer body experienced with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,who saved his life and soul.After GR8FUL turned his life over to GOD,he started attending church services regularly,found employment and changed his life around for the better.In church,he became aware of Christian-rap and decided to make a comeback with his music as gospel rapper.Then he figured it would be the perfect opportunity to continue with his music,enlighten the youth and serve the Lord by being one of his Disciple all in one.Next,he began working on his much-anticipated album with the release of his new single"My Testimony"GR8FUL has been asked to perform at numerous inner city community events and captivating his audiences each time.Now with a new outlook on life,a new start in his musical career and guidance with a much need relationship with GOD he's back on the right track doing what he always love to do,such as his music,beging supportive father to his children and fiance.Once again he has to thank GOD for giving him a second chance to make things right.GOD works in mysterious ways and without him he would not be here today to give his Testimony.Amen
