I play this on xbox and I have played it on PC and PS3 but the xbox controls seem to be smoother and works alot better for this game, but that's my opinion :L

I prefer Wood Elf, Archery, Sneak and Speech for my perk points and even out stamina and health as best as possible

I made a Nord now though, just a full on tank and he's cool but not as fun as being able to use a bow and not get caught killing things :P
