I started playing drums when I was in 5th grade. Luging around this huge case with a snare drum, stand and related parts back and forth to school 3 times a week. I got my first set for free from a friend of my dad. I played on that set in my garage and later in my grandmothers basement. My worst regret was when I stopped playing drums. I had no place to put them and they wound up being thrown out. Fast foward 20 years and here I am with a new set and a renewed drive to learn what I had missed.

My kit is a Premier Artist Birch Series that consists of
8", 10", 12" and 14" rack toms. The floor toms are 14", 16" and 18" My cymbals are Sabian. A 20" AA crash, 16" AA crash, 10" AAX splash, 16" Paragon crash, 8" Paragon splash, 18" Paragon crash, 19" Paragon china, 20" Paragon china and a 22" Paragon ride. The hi hats are 14" AXXcelerator, and the remote hats are Pastie 502s. My snare drum is a Joey Jordison signature snare drum by Pearl. I use a Tama Iron Cobra Power Glide double pedal. Drum heads on the toms are Evans EC2, On the Bass drum is an Evans Emad head.

Currently I am using a Zoom H2 Digital recorder to record the drums. Mixer and miking the kit will come later as it has proved to be a little out of my reach for the time being.

I am always up for the occassional request or for a drum only track if you would like to do a virtual band video, so hit me up with something!
