About AIUSA S.R.C. 2008 HipHop Concert
On the evening (9pm -midnight) of Saturday, Nov. 1, 2008, after the conference participants have visited the National Civil Rights Museum, Amnesty International, in partnership with the Hip Hop Caucus, is putting on a Hip Hop concert. The concert will be attended by the hundreds of student and community activists from all over the South who'll be in Memphis for our annual Southern Regional Conference. We want and welcome the local Memphis community to come out listen to good music and celebrate our rights, our vision and our history as a human rights movement. The artists performing at the Hip Hop concert are being recruited now.
