"We really like to meditate!" is a bit of fun. You don't have to be po-faced to meditate. Humour helps. Death dancing a jig next to you doesn't, but as it says in our meditation room "To Pure Consciousness There Are No Distractions".

We've now added the video to one of the meditations on our album. This one is more serious, though it does have a cameo by the spaghetti monster - we just couldn't resist!
