I am a shade of gray between a work in progress and continued evolution...Born on the Egyptian month of Parmuthy, the fourth month of the season of Poret. As well, I am a practitioner of African spirituality, an Omo Obatala, and open minded to understand that truth is universal whatever religion or spiritual system because the pure origins and essentials are derived from Africa in some aspect or another. My interests are anything about elevation, wholistic/natural health & wellness, Love, Africa, Intelligent & Practical solutions that will put money in our pockets and function back into our families, communities and relationships... Sidebar: Don't try to analyze, just enjoy/explore the ride and if I don't tickle your fancy, kindly get off at the next stop...

Note: The channels to the lower right are v bloggers I frequent the most. I find inspiration, a challenge of personal thoughts or views (at times ) and have gained, knowledge, wisdom and insight-nothing more, nothing less...
