This is a channel for my son Xerxes' (drummer) School of Rock band The Aftershock Continuum.
The kids were 11, 12 and 13 when they started in 2007. and they are in a semestered program where they learn to play as a band.
At this time they do not have a bassist or vocalist, so their teachers play those roles.
At the end of each semester they get to perform live at different venues.
They play simplified versions of the songs they cover, and yes, there are a mistakes. But the important part is the sheer fun of playing Classic Rock!
