About Me:
 
ACT NOW! is a non-profit organization that empowers children, especially girls ages 11-14, through MOVIExperience. This program builds confidence in character by allowing participants to star in their own lives, as they work together to create a movie from the very beginning. They decide the story, characters and locations and do all of the production themselves, improvising lines in each scene, shot in order. At the end, the kids get together and watch what they've created.
