I think the DC Direct ring is ment as a replica that is why there is no slit, Not suppose to be worn, more to look at. as for the power battery ring, that is less replica, more of an iteam to be used.

DC's charectors are bigger and more iconic but Marvels are more fun. DC has better villains but Marvel has more noticed heroes. Overall I beleive DC is Bigger, maybe not better
