@rammsteingod666 WTF focuses on speed and accuracy for competition... ITF focuses on speed, force, accuracy, technique, ect. ... it makes a huge difference... just because he got this KO doesnt mean that any WTF taekwondoka can ... =]

taekwondo still isnt effective unless you train it to be.... competition doesnt do anything in an actual martial artist's development =]

@MH46518 and his balance was terrible... leg strength and balance are crucial to any martial art, nonetheless a martial art that focuses on kicks... this guy didnt know what he was doing.

TIP FOR ANYONE: if you do taekwondo... the only way it will help you in a real fight.. is train for it to help you in a real fight.. not competition... AND BE AGGRESSIVE ! fast, powerful, accurate kicks are your only hope =]

@buddy2000529 ok.. well there are a few locks in daito ryu aikijujutsu that use your legs as a lever to lock your opponent's joints... and a couple in hapkido =]P and most of the time theyre very useful
