I remember sweet ballad American singer, Karen Carpenter.
Both of Saori Yuki and Carpenters debuted in 1969, however Saori continued her singing style calmly and is still singing with her sister.
1969 it was the memorial year for old people, and those ballads are still shining in 21st century.
