@KenjutsuShai2 how can you define most qualifies, i assume they pick almost randomly because ppl will have various qualities that they are looking for.After shortlisting they probably have a few 100 ppl and then thay probably consider race.

@cl1cka thing is that kwame has worked with these ppl, he probably doesnt want to deal with new personalities who may try to be the boss and not follow well

Troy and Kwambe had probably the friendship on this show,troy was one of those few people who left with grace, i would guess that if kwambe , perhaps bill left they would also leave in a good manner and with pride.
